today I am here to review the amazing "EOS DOLLY EYE PINK" which would be amazing for any pink eyed anime character cosplay due to its hypnotic and bright pink effect!
♡the packaging♡
first of all can I say that the lenses arrived EXTREMELY quickly, only taking a week, if that. the estimated time they said it would take was around a week and a bit, but it arrived after the fourth day!
in my opinion the packaging that the lenses came in was very good and I could tell that my lenses inside would be 100% okay and in good condition. here was what the packaging looked like:
the third picture is what the contents inside looked like, it included a FREE ADORABLE ANIMAL LENS CASE, a velcro hair thing to keep your hair out of the way (shall show later) and guess what is inside the pink wrapping? you guessed it, the lenses!

as you can see, the mini foam pillow which contains the lenses is firmly and thickly packed to make sure that they are not damaged whilst on the journey to your doorstep! the black velcro thing comes in two pieces, just simply brush your stray hairs out of your face using the rough side to keep your hair back like so!
and voila~! hair is all out of your face (★ゝω・)b⌒☆ it is totally handy when you are doing other things too! such as applying makeup or washing your face etc, so make good use out of it ^.^!
♡the lenses♡
I was absolutely awed by how the lenses first looked when I looked at the bottle! they looked such a vibrant pink, exactly how I wanted! here have a look:
the bottle is also a very pretty pink and is very eyecatching so that is also a plus for the packaging of the actual lenses! ヾ(。◕ฺ∀◕ฺ)ノ as you can see these lenses are plano lenses having 0.00 on the top of the casing, although the store does do prescribed lenses! so hey that is also a plus!
in these set of photos you can see the pink a bit more due to the white background from the bottom of the lens case! for those who do not know how to open a bottle of lens just look for an arrow on the top and pull that part of metal down and then just twist off the top - I am not very good at explaining so please look up on youtube if you do not know how~ although I am sure you will figure it out uwu!
♡colour♡
as you can see from the images above the colour change is very noticeable! the colour really amazed me as I put in the lenses as I really did not expect the colour change to be this different! I mean I did expect some sort of colour change but not this drastic! it is not a problem for me as I wanted to cosplay a vampire however if you are looking for a natural look, these contacts are not for a natural look (however there are many more alternative of pink lenses on pinkyparadise so please do check them out!)
so I have very dark eyes as you can also see, so I can imagine that the lenses would appear brighter (if that is possible) on any lighter shade of eyes! these are taken in natural lighting and even in dim lighting they appear extremely bright. the dark ring around the edges of the lenses make the colours contrast and make the pink pop out even more! so these lenses would be perfect for anyone who wants a bright pink colour for their costume or cosplay!
♡comfort♡
these lenses felt a bit thick on my eyes, but after a while I did get used to it! these are my second pair of circle lenses ever so maybe that also adds to how comfortable or not I find a pair of lenses! overall however, I would say that these are relatively comfortable however I would not be able to wear it for long durations as I have also found that my eyes dry quicker with these. on the other hand, that is not really a large problem as long as you have eye drops and know when to take them out! also, my eyes are extremely sensitive so when I did put these on I can tell you that my eyes were not affected in any negative way (e.g: redness or itchiness) so I do say that they are gentle on the eyes unlike other colour lens brands!
♡enlargement♡
these lenses do not have such an enlarging effect however that is because when I was looking for these lenses I did not look for enlargement as a main factor! although, there is some enlargement to the eyes, mostly achieved due to the black ring around the pink! I do not recommend these if you are looking for a massive enlargement however I do recommend these if you are looking for a dolly like/vampire-ish look! however as I did say earlier, I was not looking for enlargement as a main factor and instead I was looking for a pop-out colour! nevertheless, on pinkyparadise they do have a category specially for enlarging lenses and therefore you can visit their site and simply select the "enlarging" category and BOOM, you have a large selection to choose from and many colours too!
these lenses do add a certain twinkle to my eye and a lot of mesmerizing detail which make my eyes look extremely cartoon-like. my friends and family ask me where to get these lenses due to the "animated" effect that they give off! hence why these lenses are perfect for cosplay in my opinion!
♡how to care for lenses♡
PLEASE CHECK: expiry date when you receive/buy your lenses!
The expiry date indicates whether the SOLUTION that your lens are in has expired, NOT the lens itself.
Basic Care for Your Circle Lenses:
DON’T
-DO NOT wear them straight after you open them. Place in fresh lens cleansing solution and let soak for at least 4 hours.
-DO NOT sleep with them on under any circumstances!
-While wearing them, try to avoid rubbing your eyes. The lenses could fall out, or get stuck somewhere in your eyes (not trying to scare you, but keep it in mind)
-DO NOT apply with long nails for the first few times you try to wear them. This way you can reduce any chance of you damaging your eyes whilst trying to apply (since they are extremely fiddly!)
DO
-After taking them out, always put back in FRESH solution. After the first time, you only have to soak them for 1-2 hours before wearing again.
-Be sure to thoroughly wash your hands before you put the lenses in and take them out.
- Carry your lens case with fresh solution in it with you whenever you wear your lenses, so you can take them out at any time.
- Carry around re-wetting drops so you can apply some to your eyes if they feel dry at any time!
♡overall opinion♡
OVERALL OPINION OF THE SITE: the site was super easy to navigate around and I was in awe about how pretty the site was! the customer service is superb and interaction between customer and pinkyparadise is amazing! they really helped me understand what I had to do in order to be considered for the sponsorship and when I told them that I had to delay the review due to hospitalisation they were truly understanding and told me to "take my time!" they kept communication with me throughout the days I had any questions about meeting the requirements for their sponsorship! what more could you want from a site?
if you want to purchase a pair of lenses I truly recommend this site due to high quality customer service and reasonable sponsorship requirements! the selection in the store is so large I am sure no matter what colour, effect, diameter or prescription of your eyes you will definitely find a pair that is perfect just for you! I would definitely purchase from here if I need a pair of lenses!

OVERALL OPINION OF THE LENSES: these lenses are absolutely beautiful and adds an amazing mesmerizing effect to your eyes! the colour is so bright and I could not have asked for any more in these pair of lenses, they were exactly what I was looking for! honestly, I did not expect them to be so bright but they proved me wrong completely! I adore and am inlove with the way these lenses have coloured my eyes and have added an animated effect to it, making them stand out and look like they would glow in the dark if you switched off the lights! even in dim lighting their colour really does show through and stand out. I would probably use these lenses if I was ever to cosplay Yuno Gasai or any other pink haired anime character~ I would 100% purchase from here even if I am not sponsored from them as these lenses have set an amazing first impression on what they can offer! I am so grateful towards pinkyparadise for providing me with these jewels~!
