Hello sweeties! Today I am proud to write another review for the store Sheinside! And as you can see it is the "Grey Trumpet Sleeve Woolen Coat"!
Just incase you have not read my other review or you do not know about Sheinside here is a brief introduction to this brilliant store:
Sheinside is a Chinese wholesale online retailer whom sells their clothing at incredibly affordable and reasonable prices! You may be wondering “how cheap? And if they are so cheap doesn’t that mean the clothing would lack in quality?” If that is the question you are asking then I am here to prove you wrong, hence why I am writing this review and therefore shall try to write as much of my honest opinion as I can! (Just because this is sponsored, I will not lie about my overall opinion!) 
Got it? Well let's get started! 
PACKAGING AND QUALITY 
This picture is what the coat arrived like, it was very neatly folded with the zip down the middle, better than any folding than I could ever do anyway! The coat was very tightly packed and was not damaged in any way, I checked for any rips in the packaging and there was none, which lead to a very happy me! What was even better was they said arrival time of the coat was estimated to be about 2 weeks however, as said before in my previous review from this store, I only had to wait 11 days! (weekend is included!) Whilst the packaging is thin and plastic, none of the clothing I have ordered from here has ever been damaged (I have purchased from this store previously, I might review them too if I have the time!) 
The overall quality of the coat was brilliant I have to say! I read reviews on the site saying how this was more of an autumn coat rather than a winter coat but in my opinion it was super snuggly, thick and warm! I don't know if that's because I wear a lot of clothing layers in general but either way it keeps me very warm. The top of the coat has buttons that you can button up to close off your neck area, so it's almost like a mini scarf! The hood itself is quite small but otherwise the sizing of the coat is very good~ I was surprised how much I love this coat since I am not that much of a fan of wearing them.
There is absolutely no scratchiness within the coat and has a velvety touch on the outside! As with all my soft clothes, everyone kept touching and feeling it. Many people in my University (okay only like 3 or 4, but that's alot to me! 
) have asked where to get this coat, and I feel so happy when they ask! Just incase you don't know, I have eczema along my arms which easily becomes inflamed if any irritating fabric comes in contact with my skin. My skin however does not flare up when wearing this coat so that is always a plus! There are no loose threads in the sewing of this coat nor are the pockets torn inside (trust me, alot of my coats that I used to wear had tears in the pockets!) Topnotch brilliant quality!

Just for closing off this section, the packaging was tracked meaning that I would know whereabouts my coat was in the world and just incase it got misplaced and I lost it! 
FITTING

I had ordered a SMALL in this review, and I am 5 ft 1. Looking at the reviews on the site everyone said to order one size bigger than what you thought you were, but I decided that I wanted to try and see how a small would look because I didn't want it being too baggy as the coat was already made to be baggy. Do you get what I mean? And guess what?
I am so glad that I ordered a small after all!
Maybe the hood would have been bigger and all but overall, the coat was large on me! In a good way! They said that the coat was supposed to have a loose but comfortable wear to it, and that the sleeves were supposed to be baggy but slightly fitted around the wrist. AND THEY WERE. CELEBRATIONS. 
The coat wasn't too long nor too short, in fact it's pretty much the same length as the model picture, around 4 inches above my knee caps? And the sleeves, don't even get me started! They are not too long yet not too short. I love the trumpet flared sleeves so much because they are so puffy and cute, yet they don't look too puffy to look silly! Furthermore, around the waist is a rope-like belt so you can tighten it so the bottom flares abit like a trumpet too! Gosh no words can express my love for this coat! 
PICTURE ACCURACY
So one of the most common worries when ordering online that I have noticed is whether or not the item portrayed on the website really looks like that in real life. I am here to say that with this coat it is a definite....

And as silly as that might seem, there have been many experiences in the past that I have had where I've ordered online and when I have received it, it looks totally different! For example I had ordered a "beige" sweater once (from a different store don't worry) and when it came in the post it was actually very pink and had patterns over the sleeves. 
The fact that Sheinside has impressed me twice means that I can trust this store over most (and can I say the pricing is amazing?!)

So here is my opinion of the store and their customer service. The fact that I have been sponsored again by them is like a dream come true!

The site is very simple and is super easy to navigate around, I am sure that you do not need to be told on how to navigate through a site with drop list menus and all!

Another thing that some of you bargain hunters may enjoy is their special offers and deals! They always have something going on in their store so you should definitely check it out just incase a super cool deal appears up ~ they do free shipping for orders over $30 (THEY ARE CURRENTLY DOING FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE, QUICKLY PEOPLE!) which is really not that much when you think about how much money you spend on clothes in general if you are a frequent fashion shopper!
The customer service is also superb and the staff are not intimidating at all. When talking about the sponsorship they seem to be very “to the point” and when I had a problem or a suggestion they were very understanding about it and would offer alternative pathways/courses to take. They always replied within 24 hours which I was very happy with and I cannot complain about their service at all. So top quality service always makes a customer like me super happy!
